Healing Through Spirituality: A Guide to Reincarnation, Soul Contracts, and Growth
Spirituality is a deeply personal journey, yet it is often misunderstood or conflated with religious doctrine. In my years of exploration, I found that defining spirituality in a clear, visual way helped bridge this gap. By structuring it into distinct levels, we can better understand how spiritual beliefs, practices, and the soul’s evolution interconnect. This framework serves as a guide for those seeking deeper healing and self-awareness beyond traditional religious boundaries.
Understanding the Spiritual Hierarchy
Imagine a layered diagram:
Base Level: Various religious practices—Protestant (Methodist, Lutheran, Baptist, etc.), Catholicism, and others.
Next Level: Broader religious beliefs, including Christianity, Judaism, and Islam.
Higher Up: Spiritual modalities such as Shamanism, Astrology, and Mediumship.
Above That: The Akashic Records, containing the history of our soul’s lives.
Next Level: The angelic realm, encompassing guardian angels to Archangels.
Highest Level: The Source—known as Creator, God, or the Great Father.
Surrounding All Levels: Souls, fragments of pure energy, moving through these dimensions.
Notably, I do not include figures like Jesus, Buddha, or Allah in this framework. While historical records confirm Jesus lived, his spiritual role is interpreted differently across beliefs. The path to deep spirituality requires releasing reliance on intermediaries. Instead, we must recognize that we all have direct access to divine wisdom.
The Critical Shift: Reincarnation and Spiritual Growth
One fundamental belief necessary for spiritual evolution is reincarnation. Without it, a person remains bound to a single-lifetime perspective, limiting their spiritual growth. Many souls who have crossed over have shared that they misunderstood spirituality during their lives.
Children are born with innate spiritual knowledge, yet societal and familial influences often impose rigid religious beliefs, stunting spiritual exploration. My own journey toward direct divine connection was long and arduous, culminating in near-death experiences that led me to Shamanism. With the guidance of spirit guides and an insightful shaman, I was finally able to heal my body and soul.
The Role of the Akashic Records and Soul Contracts
Upon returning to the spiritual realm after death, each soul consults with a teacher to review its past life. This process involves:
Assessing Growth: Examining what was learned and what remains unfinished.
Reviewing the Akashic Record: A deep reflection on all past incarnations.
Creating a New Soul Contract: With guidance from their teacher and soul family, the soul determines its next life path, including challenges and lessons needed for self-actualization.
Contracts may involve themes like:
Partner selection and relationship dynamics
Lessons in forgiveness and altruism
Learning to love and accept all people, regardless of race, faith, or orientation
Debunking the Myth of Soulmates
"Soulmates" are often misunderstood. Within a soul family, there may be one or two souls with whom we share a deep connection. Sometimes, a life partner is chosen from this group, but this is not a requirement for spiritual growth. The key is selecting the right partner to aid in completing one’s soul contract.
The Process of Choosing a Family
A soul actively selects its family before birth based on its contract. It reviews potential family backgrounds, aligning them with its spiritual lessons. When the right family is found and conception occurs, the soul enters the womb through the second chakra around the fifth month of pregnancy. This connection requires a developing brain capable of housing the soul’s consciousness.
Discovering and Embracing Your Life Path
Understanding your life path requires effort and openness. Several methods can help uncover your soul contract, often through working with a medium. This is why I became an Akashic Records reader—to help others gain insight into their spiritual journey.
No soul contract is free of challenges. Difficulties—whether abuse, illness, prejudice, or raising a child with disabilities—are integral to spiritual evolution.
The Healing Journey
Healing begins when we embrace our spiritual path. Seeking a therapist trained in spirituality can be invaluable. In my own healing process, I found that Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) provided foundational tools such as:
Distress tolerance
Interpersonal effectiveness
Emotional regulation
Mindfulness
Beyond traditional therapy, spiritual healing modalities such as Shamanism and energy work helped me heal wounds that reached the depths of my soul.
Becoming a Spiritual Healer
As souls near their final reincarnation, they must fully embrace spirituality and serve their community as healers and teachers. If this blog resonates with you, take time to reflect on it, revisit it as needed, and reach out with any questions.
Spiritual growth is a journey. The more you seek, the more you will find.
